Madeline - Red Chair Project

Madeline - Red Chair Project

Months of preparation culminated in my "red chair project," a studio shoot I envisioned and finally executed. I painted the chair specifically for this idea, and Madeline's posing and stunning presence were key to bringing the concept to life. The bold reds of the chair, phone, heels, and lips stand out against the depth of the shadows. My lighting setup included a Godox AD600 with a Glow EZ Lock 25" softbox as the key and a Godox AD200 with a 7-inch reflector dish for fill. The settings were f/7.1, 1/100s, and ISO 100. The shoot was accomplished on August 3rd 2025.

Brie - Red Corset

As usual Brie and I created some beautiful images when she came to the studio on July 3rd. She really rocked this red corset set. I created a living room set and lit it with the lamp, and 2 GVM LED lights. One with a 32in Octagon as the key light front left and the other bare as a fill light, rear right. These Images were taken with my Canon EOS R and my Canon 85mm.

Last night I invited Brie over to the studio to capture a few images for this 4th of July themed costume. It was a fun night and we created some great images. I shot these images with a Godox SK400II with a 60” Octagon soft box, accompanied with two Godox SK400II studio strobes with 14x63in strip boxes along with my Canon EOS R with a Canon 85mm F1.8 lens. Happy 4th!!!

On June 25th 2020 during the pandemic Kim and I met up to capture some images in the downtown area. We started on the East side of downtown and ended here on the West side at the Chevron building. Anyone that knows Kim knows this of course was a fun shoot. BTW her posing was spectacular. I used my Canon EOS R for this shoot along with natural lighting.
