These images were taken of Monica on April 5th, 2024 at the back gate of The Leslie Studio. Even though she shot a little at a meetup I had a week earlier, this was her first actual scheduled shoot and she did great.
Kelsey - Beach Bunny
I just happened to run into Kelsey early at the Beach in Corpus on July 21st, 2024. She was one of the models at the Texas Swim Week Fashion show the night before. (See the Corpus show images in my Events pages). She’s a fitness instructor in Dallas.
Alizabeth - Sunrise
These images of Alizabeth were taken at sunrise at a beach in Corpus on July 21st, 2024. It was a quick shoot for me. I just captured a couple of shots. Fatima - Leather
On June 6th at HTX Mulberry Studio, I had the pleasure to work with the beautiful Russian, Fatima. I wanted to do something a little different from what I had seen of her so I thought a little low key photography with different colors to accent her body and hair. To light her up I used my GVM RGB lights for rim lights, one set at blue and the other set at red. Then I used a Godox AD200 with a 38” deep parabolic octagon softbox above front at a 45 degree angle for the main light. My camera of choice was my Canon EOS R with my 85mm set at ISO 100, f5 at 1/125 of a sec.
Summer - Low Key
Summer and I got together in March on the 23rd to create these low key images. Her fit little body created perfect curve that were highlighted by the lights. The first part of this set I used two Godox SK400II studio strobes with 14x63in strip boxes with honeycombs to light her up. Then I used one Godox SK400II with a snoot to light her up and cast a shadow behind her on the others. I used my Canon EOS R mirrorless camera with my 35MM Sigma Art lens, set at ISO 200, f5.6, 1/125 sec.
Brie - Low Key
These images of the incredibly fit model Brie were taken on December 10th 2020 at HTX Mulberry Studio. I chose to post the black and white as well as one of my preset colors because they both looked great. It was a pleasure working with this young lady. I used my Canon EOS R for this shoot with my 35mm Sigma Art lens. Only one light was used for this set up, A Godox SK400II with a 38” deep parabolic octagon softbox.
Angela - Yoga
Since it’s Monday, I thought it would be a great day to post these monochrome images of Angela. A funsized model, photographer and business woman. She’s a delightful individual to be around. This shoot went great. She knocked all 3 sets that we did that day, (September 9th 2020 at HTX Studio 409), out the box. Lighting for this set was 2 Godox SK400II studio strobes with 14x63in stripboxes, both were angled toward her, one in a little in front and the other slightly behind her on the opposite side.
Nicole - Gold Swimwear
This set of images was taken on May 19th of 2019, for the 2020 Beauties calendar. This was the first time I got to work with Nicole, and she did not disappoint. Both sets we did that day was on point. A great shoot. 2nd set coming soon. The swimsuit was supplied by Teris Passion Boutique, Hair and Make-Up was done by Alma Acosta, Tan by Aura Brushed and the Calendar was coordinated by 713 News. The Pool was an undisclosed location in Baytown. “Miss June” Leave a commit if you’d like to get one of these calendars. (15 images)
Paige - Vogue Fit
These images of the fitness model Paige were taken downtown on Main street and in the Buffalo Bayou old Port of Houston walkway. These were taken almost a year ago, on the 30th of June. Make-up was done by the wonderful Patricia Fonseca. (25 images)
