Veronica - Red Corset

Veronica - Red Corset

A beautiful and sexy low-key boudoir session with Veronica from back on February 5th. The simple lighting setup was all we needed to create a striking look, with her boots gradually disappearing into the darkness for a touch of drama.

I used a Godox AD600 on a 25-inch Glow beauty dish for the key light and two Godox MS300Vs with strip boxes for backlights.

Settings: f/8, 1/200 sec, ISO 100

Garcia - Sisters

Garcia - Sisters

Excited to finally share these images of the Garcia sisters together, a set you haven't seen on the blog yet! This shoot took place on November 16, 2023, at Mulberry Studio before it closed its doors. While I had worked with Rebecca before, this was my initial experience photographing Alexa, and despite sharing the space with another photographer, our collective workflow was exceptional. This session kicked off many more collaborations with them, a journey documented in my earlier and upcoming posts.

For the captures, I relied on two setups:

A Canon R5 and the RF 70-200mm f/2.8 lens at f/5.6, 1/125 sec, ISO 100.

A Canon R with a Sigma Art 35mm f/1.4 lens at f/1.4, 1/160 sec, ISO 200.

Fatima - Leather

Fatima - Leather

On June 6th at HTX Mulberry Studio, I had the pleasure to work with the beautiful Russian, Fatima. I wanted to do something a little different from what I had seen of her so I thought a little low key photography with different colors to accent her body and hair. To light her up I used my GVM RGB lights for rim lights, one set at blue and the other set at red. Then I used a Godox AD200 with a 38” deep parabolic octagon softbox above front at a 45 degree angle for the main light. My camera of choice was my Canon EOS R with my 85mm set at ISO 100, f5 at 1/125 of a sec.

Anny - Playboy Bunny

Anny - Playboy Bunny

On May 24th, I got together for the first time with the beautiful Korean model Anny. We knocked out a few cool sets, no spoilers but I can’t wait to publish them all. This is the first set I decided to share. Don’t you think she looks great as a Playboy bunny? There were 2 different lighting setups for these images. The first was shot on an all white background in which I added the windows in post. Lighting for this set was a Godox SK400II with a 60” Octagon soft box, accompanied with two Godox SK400II studio strobes with 14x63in strip boxes. With the second set of images I used a loft type background and lit her with a GVM (Daylight-Balanced) 80W-II LED Light. All images were taken with my Canon EOS R with a Canon 85mm F1.8 lens.
