Christine - Princess Leia
“May the 4th be with you.” Finally I remembered to capture some images just for the 4th of May. I’ve always had outfit to celebrate the Star Wars franchise but I’ve always been to busy to offer someone the shoot. This year I invited Christine to come to the studio and help me create a little magic. Wow, she did a great job, I was highly impressed by her modeling. Even though she didn’t know much about Star Wars, I showed her a few images and she knocked them out the box. I will definitely recommend her for modeling jobs. My Canon EOS R was used with a Canon 85mm F1.8 lens. And my lighting for this set was a Godox SK400II with a 60” Octagon soft box, accompanied with two Godox SK400II studio strobes with 14x63in strip boxes with honeycombs to give me my pure white background, which helped me with the composite images.
Brie - Racer
I shot these images of the fit and sexy Brie on the 10th of December 2020 at HTX Mulberry Studio. I used my portable ice wall and checkered board floor for this set. Lighting was simple, just one Godox SK400II with a 60” octagon softbox. Camera of choice was my Canon EOS R for this shoot with my 35mm Sigma Art lens. Setting were 1/100 sec f5.6 ISO 125 and 35mm.
Jennifer - Red and Blue
On January 18th I welcomed the beautiful Latina Jennifer into the HTX Mulberry Studio to capture these cool images. I used my Canon EOS R mirrorless camera and 35MM Sigma Art lens. To light this set, I used a 3 light setup. I used 2 Godox SK300II studio strobes with red gels on the grey background and the third was a Godox SK400II with a 38” deep parabolic octagon softbox.
Brie - Low Key
These images of the incredibly fit model Brie were taken on December 10th 2020 at HTX Mulberry Studio. I chose to post the black and white as well as one of my preset colors because they both looked great. It was a pleasure working with this young lady. I used my Canon EOS R for this shoot with my 35mm Sigma Art lens. Only one light was used for this set up, A Godox SK400II with a 38” deep parabolic octagon softbox.
Angie - Green Gown
These images of this beautiful Latina Angie were taken on December 5th 2020 at my new studio HTX Mulberry Studio. She produced some very sweet and graceful images. We had a lot of fun taking the twirling shots. Lighting for this set was 3 Godox SK400II studio strobes, the main light was a 38” Glow EZ Lock Deep Parabolic Quick Softbox with 2 14x63” stripboxes aiming at her from behind on each side. Camera used was my Canon EOS R with the 35mm 1.4 Sigma Art lens.
Kimberly - Holiday Beauty
Here’s one of the silliest people in the world. Kim always lights up a room when she enters. We got together at Mulberry Studio on December 11th, and created the beautiful and sexy images. A little something for the holidays. I used my canon mirrorless EOS R for this shoot, along with Godox lighting.
Angie - Xmas Sweater
A couple of weeks ago I got with this fun sized model to capture some great holiday images. The date was December 5th 2020, the model, the beautiful Salvadorian, Angie. I used 2 different sets for this outfit. I used my Canon R along with my Godox SK400II studio strobe with a 60” Octagon softbox for the brighter images, shot at ISO-100, 1/80 sec, f/5.6 with my Sigma Art 35mm 1.4. For the low key images I used the same lens & camera with a Godox SK400II studio strobe with a 38” Glow EZ Lock Deep Parabolic Quick Softbox.
Kim - Downtown Elegance
On June 25th 2020 during the pandemic Kim and I met up to capture some images in the downtown area. We started on the East side of downtown and ended here on the West side at the Chevron building. Anyone that knows Kim knows this of course was a fun shoot. BTW her posing was spectacular. I used my Canon EOS R for this shoot along with natural lighting.
Anyheles - Beach
These images of the beautiful Anyheles were taken below Pleasure Pier in Galveston on June 13th 2020. My camera of choice was my Canon EOS R mirrorless with a Canon 24-105mm lens. I lit Anyheles up with my Flashpoint AD200 and my assistant, (Leroy) held the back light (a Godox TT600) for us. Patricia Fonseca join us to do the make up for us.
Lidia - Bike
Earlier this year, February 1st 2020, Lidia and I got together outside my studio, in front of the Compass BBVA stadium with one of my friends bike. It didn’t take long to get these great shots.
Kim - 4th Mask
Kim and I got together on the 25th of June to capture some patriotic images for Independence Day. As usual Kim was hilarious to work with. It was an over casted evening so I used it as a natural diffuser to light her up. I used my Canon EOS R with a 35mm 1.4 Sigma lens.
Anyheles - Pleasure Pier
These images of the beautiful Anyheles were taken at Pleasure Pier in Galveston on June 13th 2020. It was a pretty busy day but we ere able to keep our distance from everyone and get some great shots. Patricia Fonseca came to do the make up and also held the back light (a Godox TT600) for us. My assistant, (Leroy) lit Anyheles up with a Flashpoint AD200. Swimwear is from TerisPassionBoutique.
Wendy - Princess Jasmine Cosplay
This set of images were taken on June 20th 2019, at HTX Studio 409. The Beauty is Wendy, a pretty young thing, (PYT), from the Houston area. I love working with her. Straight from the camera her images are always great. (48 images)
Marcela - Throwback
This throwback set of Marcela was taking January 12, 2014 at what would become Studio 406. I was only in town for a month and a half when I came back to the U.S. from shooting in South East Asia. We had worked together a few times before I went overseas so when I came back she was one of the few that I had to work with while I was in town. (25 images)
Kim - Blk Lingerie
This set of images were taken on march 11th 2020 of the always fun to shoot with Kimberly, at HTX Studio 409. This was an extra set from our St Patty’s day shoot. As usual it came out great.
Sheila - Brickwall
This set was taken March 21st last year, (2019) at HTX Studio 409. Shooting with this Latina model, singer, actress & TV personality is always a treat. Sheila is gorgeous and always has a spirted personality. A pleasure to work with.
Kim - Midtown Park
One Sunday evening in November I got a little bored so I called up my little buddy and decided to go to the park and capture these great images. The date was November 24th 2020 and were taken at Midtown Park.
Lidia - EaDo Streets
Lidia and I went to the EaDo streets (East Downtown) for this shoot. We chose sweaters and boots for the theme. This set was taken February 1st 2020. Patricia Fonseca came through to her Hair & make up. Great job as usual.
